In the summer of 2022, the Ozean Group acquired the approximately 9-hectare former IBM site in Ehningen. Due to its location in the immediate vicinity of Stuttgart with direct access to the A 81 motorway, Ehningen is an excellent business location. The Stuttgart metropolitan area is one of the leading business locations in the whole of Europe. Big players and medium-sized, quality-conscious industrial companies in the automotive and technology sectors are located here and export their expert know-how far beyond Germany’s borders. This is exactly where we would like to pick up with our local project in the future. Through close cooperation with the Fraunhofer IAO and their scientifically supported research, a residential tech campus is to be created in the area. Currently in planning is thus an urban area, which has a mixed use of commercial and residential. In Ehningen, too, our focus is on expanding the infrastructure and making a positive contribution to community development. The area is to become a significant part of the community.
