We develop and realize innovative real estate with vision. On an area of around 8,700 square meters, we are building a commercial property in the south of Munich that extends over four floors. In addition, a spacious underground parking garage will be built under the building. The property consists of various space units which, once completed, will mainly be available to business people. In addition to a day care center, a grocery store is to move into one of the 24 available spaces. With our project we contribute to the development of the local infrastructure. On the one hand, new jobs are created through our involvement, which offer many opportunities for local residents and also new citizens of the city. The daycare center provides parents and children with additional options for care. In addition, the commercial units that are still available provide new opportunities, for example for start-ups or the expansion of already existing companies at new locations. On the other hand, with the new building we are contributing to the expansion of the urban district. We take an active part in shaping the city and promote the economic situation. According to the current planning, the object will be built in solid construction with wooden elements and glass to reflect the modern and sustainable character of the surrounding area.
